对废弃葡萄类育果袋资源化利用的生产实践进行了研究,结果显示废弃的葡萄类育果袋可以作为废纸被资源化利用。使用温度高达90℃的再制浆工艺,可以有效地控制其抄造过程中的粘缸、粘网等问题;高温碎浆过程中使用0.1%的石蜡乳化剂可以有效控制再生纸的蜡点问题;使用孔筛能有效去除铁丝类细长杂质。
The production practice of waste grape fruit bag was studied, and the results showed that waste grape fruit bag can be used as waste paper resource. The rewaxing process with temperature up to 90 ℃ can effectively control the problems of sticking cylinder and sticking net in the process of paper making. The use of 0.1% paraffin emulsifier in high temperature pulping can effectively control the wax spot problem of recycled paper. The use of pore sieve can effectively remove the slender wire impurities.
