第三产业的快速发展,倒逼着浦东的先进制造业不断转型升级。从零开始的浦东民用航空产业,目前正以年均50%的速度增长。欧美经济反复震荡,IBM、通用电气等知名跨国企业却不约而同地做出决定,将原来设在浦东的研发中心升级为全球性的地区总部。浦东下一步既要解决本地城乡之间的二元结构,又要解决作为一个新城区大量城市移民所产生的新二元结构。
The rapid development of the tertiary industry has forced the advanced manufacturing industry in Pudong to continue its transformation and upgrading. Pudong’s civil aviation industry from scratch is now growing at an average annual rate of 50%. Repeated shocks in Europe and the United States economy, IBM, General Electric and other well-known multinational corporations have spontaneously decided to upgrade the original R & D center in Pudong into a global regional headquarters.
