军事经济管理中的许多矛盾互相联结,互相制约,构成了一个统一的有别于其他领域的矛盾群。作者从哲学角度进行分析后指出,供需矛盾是主要矛盾,其他矛盾或是供需矛盾所派生,式是供需矛盾在某一方面的具体表现,或是某一特定历史阶段因某些特定条件所产生的矛盾,可归纳为四类:武器装备的研制、购置和维修与我军现代化建设的要求不相适应;部分管理人员的思想水平、业务素质不够高与军事经济的发展状况不相适应;某些管理制度与国家改革的发展状况不相适应;军事经济内部构成因素之间的种种矛盾。面对错综复杂的矛盾关系,应该从何着手呢?本文提出了独到见解。
