建立了巯基棉分离富集快速测定垃圾渗滤液中Zn(Ⅱ)的瑞利光散射新方法,探讨了适宜的反应条件及主要分析化学性质。在酸性Tris-盐酸缓冲介质中,固绿FCF-溴代十六烷基吡啶(TPB)能与Zn(Ⅱ)结合生成三元缔合物,使体系的瑞利散射(RLS)显著增强并产生新的RLS光谱,在最大瑞利散射峰367 nm波长处,Zn(Ⅱ)的浓度在0.002~0.23 mg/L范围内与体系的△I_(RLS)呈线性关系,检出限为0.001 3 mg/L。方法用于垃圾填埋场渗滤液中Zn(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率为98.94%~103.9%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为1.5%~2.0%。
A new Rayleigh light scattering method for the rapid determination of Zn (Ⅱ) in landfill leachate by the separation and enrichment of thiol cotton was established. The suitable reaction conditions and the main analytical chemical properties were discussed. In acidic Tris-HCl buffer medium, solid-green FCF-bromocetylpyridine (TPB) can combine with Zn (Ⅱ) to form ternary association compounds, which greatly enhances the Rayleigh scattering (RLS) The new RLS spectrum showed a linear relationship with the △ I_ (RLS) of Zn (Ⅱ) in the range of 0.002-0.23 mg / L with the maximum Rayleigh scattering peak at 367 nm. The detection limit was 0.001 3 mg / L. The method was applied to the determination of Zn (Ⅱ) in landfill leachate with the recovery of 98.94% -103.9% and the relative standard deviation of RSD (n = 6) of 1.5% -2.0%.
