随着农业生产中使用农药量的增加，各种农药空瓶也越来越多，到处乱放污染环境严重。为此，本人建议：①农药生产厂家回收。由基层经营农药单位对农民实行农药瓶压金制，用药后空瓶交回退款。收回的农药瓶统一交给瓶上标注的厂家，由厂家处理后再利用。②由农药瓶生产单位回收
With the increase of the amount of pesticides used in agricultural production, more and more empty bottles of various pesticides are being used.
