重症肌无力多为亚急性或渐进性发病,突然发病者甚少。现报告一例呈脑卒中样发病的眼肌型病例: 患者,男,59岁,干部,于90年1月24日早晨跑步时突然右眼睑上抬无力,视物困难,旋即出现双眼向上下方视物成双影。无饮水呛,言语不清及肢体运动障碍等眼部症状,亦不受时间、疲劳等影响,既往高血压病及糖尿病史。10余年前患间脑性癫痫已治愈。入院查体:BP20/13NPa,神清。右眼睑下垂,双眼球向上下之注视时有复视,左右活动良好,双瞳孔正常直径3mm,对光反射灵敏,余神经系统未见异常。胸部正侧位片正常,未见到增大的胸腺影,头部CT加
