目的调查我院门诊处方的不合理使用情况,提出解决问题的方法,促进合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取我院门诊2009年4-6月处方10000张,对抽查处方逐一审查,将其中不合理用药的处方挑选出来进行统计分析。结果发现不合理用药处方224张,占处方总数2.24%,主要反映在给药方案、选用溶媒、用法用量、配伍禁忌、联合用药等方面。结论只有医、药、护及医院管理多方面有机结合,建立合理用药的监督机制,开展药学监护,才能解决门诊处方不合理情况。
Objective To investigate the unreasonable use of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital and put forward ways to solve the problems so as to promote rational drug use. Methods A retrospective survey method was used to randomly select 10,000 outpatients in our hospital from April to June in 2009 and to examine the random prescriptions one by one. The prescriptions of unreasonable drug use were selected for statistical analysis. The results showed that irrational medication prescription 224, accounting for 2.24% of the total number of prescriptions, mainly reflected in the dosing regimen, the selection of solvent, dosage, incompatibility, combination therapy and so on. Conclusion Only the organic combination of medicine, medicine, nursing and hospital management can establish the supervision mechanism of rational drug use and carry out the pharmacy supervision in order to solve the unreasonable situation of out-patient prescription.
