In order to promote the development of the socialist characteristics of the shareholding system in China, the Guangdong Economics Association, the Guangdong Provincial Economist Entrepreneurs Association, the Guangdong Provincial Economic Reform Commission’s Enterprise Division, “Southern Economy” Magazine, and South Securities, Guangdong Zhenneng (Power) Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Development Bank Securities Department initiated and sponsored, Guangdong Provincial Materials Corporation co-organized, 93 China Joint-stock Theory and Practice Symposium and Guangdong Founding Conference of Joint Research Institute of Stock Economy and Securities Market, July 28, 1993 Grand Opening of Guangzhou Zhudao Hotel.
