结合工厂实际生产条件 ,应用所开发的基于FT STAR的熔模铸造模拟软件 ,预测了气囊左下支座熔模铸造件的缩孔缺陷 ,将计算结果与实际检测结果进行了对比 ,证明计算结果能较好地反映实际情况 ,从而验证了该软件的可靠性
According to the actual production conditions of the factory, the shrinkage defect of the left-bottom bearing investment casting of the airbag was predicted by using the simulation software developed by FT STAR, which is developed by the factory. The calculated results were compared with the actual test results, It reflects the actual situation well and verifies the reliability of the software
