在建筑业日益发展的今天,如何改进和完善建筑施工企业的项目成本管理是进一步提升企业经济效益的关键所在,并成为市场经济环境下影响施工企业发展的重要因素。基于建筑行业的特点,施工企业在开展成本管理工作中必须根据自身实际进行。本文从做好基础管理、加强施工质量管控、强化管理依据的可操作性及强化人员成本意识四个方面对建筑施工企业项目成本管理进行深入探讨。
As the construction industry is developing day by day, how to improve and perfect the project cost management of the construction enterprises is the key to further enhance the economic benefits of the enterprises, and becomes an important factor that affects the development of construction enterprises in the market economy. Based on the characteristics of the construction industry, construction enterprises in carrying out cost management must be based on their own reality. This article discusses in depth the project cost management of construction enterprises from four aspects: doing a good job of basic management, strengthening the quality control of construction, strengthening the maneuverability of management basis and strengthening the staff cost awareness.
