给正常人、萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌等10例患者皮下注射五肽胃泌素后,用胃管每15分钟收集一份样品,共收集64份样品,同时进行胃酸分泌量和cAMP分泌量的测定。观察结果:(1)在注射五肽胃泌素后,以一小时分泌量(指注射五肽胃泌素后胃酸和cAMP分泌量连续最多的4份样品之总和)计算,cAMP的分泌量是基础分泌量(注射前)的222.75%;胃酸分泌量为基础分泌量的426.03%。(2)以cAMP变量为X,胃酸变量为Y,统计了64份样品的二者之间的相关性,得相关系数γ=0.4772,故二者相关显著。为进一步探讨cAMP与胃酸变化的因果关系,设X为自变量,Y为因变量,求出回归系数b=0.0037,通过回归系数的显著性测验结果T_b=4.2,P<0.01,亦为非常显著意义。(3)注射五肽胃泌素后每15分钟的胃液样品作cAMP和胃酸分泌的时间反应曲线,可以看到二者分
