例1 故障现象:通电后踩动脚踏开关,压力表指示压力偏低,调节压力调节旋钮变化不大。分析检修:牙钻手机正常工作所需压力应达到0.2～0.25 MPa,压力过低手机车针旋转速度偏低则钻不动牙。出现压力偏低的原因主要有:空压机供气量不足、管路漏气等。从空气压缩机转动时发出的声音判断好像是负载变轻。首先检查电动机与空压机气泵之间的传动皮带并未松弛,检查气、水管路及管线各接头处也无漏气现象。估计此故障由空压机自身故障引起。经检查发现空压机油标视孔处全是油污,看不清真正油位,气泵尾部的油水分离器内也全是油污。将油水分离器下方的排污螺丝堵拧掉也没有液体流出,并且发现此螺丝堵已松动,即使把空压机开动起
