肺癌的误诊误治文献已有不少报道，但以肺外表现为首发症状的肺癌误诊，文献报道不多。我院近８ａ经纤维支气管镜（以下简称纤支镜）或开胸手术诊断原发性肺癌８６２例，其中以肺外表现为首发症状而误诊为其它疾病者３０例，为总结临床经验，现作一分析报道。１ 临床资料１?
There have been many reports of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of lung cancer in the literature. However, lung cancer is misdiagnosed with extrapulmonary manifestations as the first symptom. There are few reports in the literature. In our hospital, there were 862 cases of primary lung cancer diagnosed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy or thoracic surgery in recent 8 years.
