幼儿是逐步从依赖成人对自己的评价到学会自我评价的。他们从成人的评价中获得对自我的肯定或否定。因此,恰当评价对幼儿行为习惯和品德的形成具有重要的作用。而主观笼统、有失公正的评价,常常会使幼儿丧失前进的勇气和向上的信心。那么,教师如何使自己的评价趋向正确,并使幼儿能从中不断地产生进取的欲望和向上的动力呢?首先,教师的评价要符合客观性的原则。在幼儿园,我们不难看到这样评“好孩子”的情景:
Children gradually learn to self-evaluate by relying on adults to evaluate themselves. They get self-affirmation or negation from the evaluation of adults. Therefore, proper evaluation plays an important role in shaping children’s behavior and morality. Subjective general, unfair evaluation, often make young children lose the courage and upward confidence. So, how to make teachers tend to correct their evaluation, and to enable young children to continue to produce aggressive desire and progressive motivation? First, the teacher’s evaluation should be consistent with the principle of objectivity. In kindergarten, we can easily see this comment on “good boy” scenario:
