2017年2月6日为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》和《国务院办公厅关于促进建材工业稳增长调结构增效益的指导意见》,优化建筑材料供给结构,大力推广新型墙材,深化墙材革新,提高资源综合利用效率,促进循环经济发展,保护耕地和生态环境,支撑建筑业节能降耗和建造方式创新,改善城乡人居环境,国家发展改革委办公厅、工业和信息化部办公厅制定了《新型墙材推广应用行动方案》。
