碱式氯化铝应用于净水处理

我厂的净水处理设备一直使用精制硫酸铝 Al_2(SO_4)18H_2O 为混凝剂,冬天时水温经常小于10℃,造成硫酸铝溶解及混凝速度缓慢、效果差,引起水力循环加速澄清池出水水质恶化,影响安全生产和正常运行。为了解决低水温下出水水质不佳的问题,在84年3月份我们先在产水量200吨/小时的#5澄清池上进行碱式氯化铝的试用试验,取得了一定成效。本次试验目的是要进一步摸清用碱式氯化铝作混凝剂在低水温条件的运行情况。 Our plant’s water purification equipment has been using refined aluminum sulfate, Al_2(SO_4)18H_2O, as the coagulant. In winter, the water temperature is often less than 10°C, which causes the dissolution of aluminum sulfate and the slow coagulation rate. The effect is poor, causing the hydraulic cycle to accelerate the clarification pond water discharge. Deterioration of water quality affects safe production and normal operation. In order to solve the problem of poor quality of effluent water at low water temperatures, in March of the year 84 we conducted preliminary trials of basic aluminum chloride on #5 clarifiers with a water production capacity of 200 tons/hour, and achieved certain results. The purpose of this test is to further understand the operation conditions of using basic aluminum chloride as a coagulant under low water temperature conditions.
