依据航空弧齿锥齿轮的加工原理,建立了弧齿锥齿轮的切齿共轭方程;在考虑误差和支承刚性的条件下,对航空锥齿轮的接触特性进行了研究,并分析计算了误差及支承刚性对齿轮副的接触印痕和运动曲线的影响。结果表明:弧齿锥齿轮传动对沿主动轮轴向的偏移和轴间夹角的偏移比较敏感。研究问题的方法和所得的结论,为高性能航空锥齿轮传动的研制提供了手段和依据。
According to the processing principle of aerospiral bevel gear, the conical gear equation of spiral bevel gear was established. The results show that the spiral bevel gear transmission is sensitive to the axial offset along the capstan and the offset between the axes.
