创新档案服务机制是档案部门贯彻落实党的十六大精神、认真实践“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现,是档案工作更好地服务全面建设小康社会的必然选择,也是实现新世纪档案事业持续快速发展的本质要求。作为基层档案部门,我们要以艰苦奋斗、一往无前的精神,把握时代脉搏,紧跟时代步伐,体现时代特征,以全新的思维和灵活的手段为党委政府中心工作、为社会各方面提供全方位、多层次、多领域、高质量的档案服务。近几年,我们在这方面作了些尝试也有一些体会。
