基于科研院所转制转企的大背景,分析了转制科研院所在绩效管理尤其是绩效考核过程中存在的问题,并结合现有的事业单位考核机制和企业考核机制,去劣存优,提出了更适合转制科研院所使用的绩效考核的关键点。
