横县飞洒坝是一座填碴重力坝,拦截郁江小支流长滩江,坝址集雨面积296平方公里,多年平均降雨量1,300毫米,最大坝高29.5米,坝顶长190米,坝顶宽3米,长80米,地质为浅红色砂岩和页岩互层,砂岩层厚约1米,页岩层厚0.1～0.15米。枢纽工程按 SDJ_(12)——78的要求,采用100年一遇洪水设计,500年一遇洪水校核,总库容1,375万立方米,有效库容196万立方米,正常高水位83.5米,死水位79.0米。建坝的目的是供电灌抽水。电灌装机3台共计345千瓦,提水流量0.45立方米/秒,结合发电装机4台,单机200千瓦,总容量800千瓦,正常年发电量450万度。还设置了拦鱼栅及进鱼池等附属设施,作为工程付业。飞洒坝工程实际土方
