党的基层组织建设直接关乎政党的公信力、凝聚力与战斗力,是全面从严治党系统工程的基石和最为关键的环节,是夯实党的执政基础的必然要求。只有推动全面从严治党向基层延伸,促使管党治党从宽松软走向严紧硬,才能增强人民群众的获得感,提振群众跟党走的信心,夯实党的执政基础。
The building of the party’s grassroots organizations has a direct bearing on the credibility, cohesion and fighting power of political parties, which are the cornerstone and the most crucial link in the overall strict administration of the party’s systematic projects. They are the necessary requirements for consolidating the party’s ruling foundation. Only by promoting a comprehensive and solemn extension of the party line to the grassroots level and pushing the party governing party affairs from loose and tight to firmness can the people’s sense of empowerment be enhanced, the confidence of the masses in walking with the party enhanced, and the party’s foundation in power repositioned.
