学术创新和期刊创新都是一个渐进性的认知过程。学术创新性成果的传播和交流需以期刊等载体为媒介。为了便于学术研究者检索与研究主题相关的文献资料,不同的主体根据一定的标准对人文社会科学期刊进行必要的遴选,以为研究者提供文献检索引导和学科研究指导。学术创新与期刊创新的评价不能以文评刊或以刊评文,两者不能完全隔离但又应分别评价。学术期刊的评价应坚持学术共同体包含期刊编辑为主体,秉持正确的政治方向,应有权威性、科学性的评价指标体系,在定量分析的基础上开展定性分析,并突出期刊的整体风格和学术价值。
Academic innovation and journal innovation are all gradual cognitive processes. The dissemination and exchange of academic innovative achievements need media such as journals. In order to facilitate the academic researchers to retrieve the documents related to the subject of research, different subjects select the necessary journals of the humanities and social sciences according to certain criteria so as to provide the researchers with the guidance of literature retrieval and discipline research. The evaluation of academic innovation and periodical innovation can not be published in the paper or published in a commentary, the two can not be completely isolated but should be evaluated separately. The evaluation of academic journals should insist that the academic community should include editors of journals as the main body, uphold the correct political direction, should have an authoritative and scientific evaluation index system, conduct qualitative analysis on the basis of quantitative analysis, and highlight the overall style and academic value.
