应用TEM、XPS、XRD等分析技术,研究了包钴过程中各种因素对钴改性γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉的微观结构以及磁性能的影响。结果表明,钴铁氧体的形成是Co-γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉磁性能提高的主要原因。包少量钴(钴含量<1%),可使原磁粉的矫顽力提高约6.37kA/m。
The effects of various factors on the microstructure and magnetic properties of cobalt-modified γ-Fe_2O_3 magnetic powders were investigated by TEM, XPS and XRD techniques. The results show that the formation of cobalt ferrite is the main reason for the improvement of magnetic properties of Co-γ-Fe_2O_3 magnetic particles. A small amount of cobalt (cobalt content <1%) can increase the coercivity of the original magnetic powder by about 6.37kA / m.
