大学有着民主建设的历史传统,30年来,我国政治体制改革的成果为高校加强基层党内民主建设提供了政治条件;高等教育的快速发展为之提供了坚实的基础;进一步解放思想大讨论为之提供了智力支撑;高校师生民主意识的增强则为之提供了文化基础。发挥高校资源优势,创新基层党内民主建设是完全可能的。
The university has the historical tradition of democratic construction. For the past 30 years, the achievements made in the reform of our political system have provided the political conditions for colleges and universities to strengthen the building of grassroots inner-party democracy. The rapid development of higher education has provided a solid foundation for the reform. Provided intellectual support; the enhancement of the democratic consciousness of teachers and students in colleges and universities provided the cultural basis for it. It is quite possible to give play to the advantages of college resources and to innovate the inner-party democracy in the grassroots.
