中职教育是培育中级技术人才的中坚力量,班主任工作担当着培育全面发展实用型人才的重要部分。社会转型期中职生的学生特点看,普遍存在价值观未完全确立、易偏移,学习观未真正端正、易厌学,集体观未真实形塑、易自我的特点,当前中职班主任工作也普遍存在班级日常管理受学生素质困扰、学校德育工作受家庭教育挑战、教师协调工作受教学工作影响等时代挑战,基于此从以良好班风促班级日常管理、以大教育圈促德育工作效力、以互动交流促协同管理实现等方面提出社会转型期班主任工作的应对之策。
