66合金是属Al—Mg—Si系可热处理强化的新型铝合金。该合金具有中等强度、高塑性、耐腐蚀、可焊接及良好的氧化着色性能。为了满足国民经济建设部门提出的新要求,使合金有更好的综合性能,合金的Mg、Si主要元素控制在Mg_2Si伪二元截面附近,添加少量Cu产生附加强化,添加少量Mn、Cr、Ti以改善合金抗腐蚀性能及工艺性能等。本试验工作分两部分,在实验室条件下确定合金化学成分;用生产条件下的板材或管材进行热处理试验及性能鉴定。
