石油液化气随着我国石油化学工业的发展生产和使用越来越多,而发生意外中毒日益增多,现将21例报告如下。 1982年4月至1984年7月我科收治石油液化气中毒21例,接触毒物时间5～35分钟,其中20分钟以下17例,20分钟以上4例。体格检查:膝反射存在,巴彬氏征阴性。化验:查血常规8例,血沉1例,红细胞压积1例,血钾、钠、氯、CO_2CP_4例,肝功2例,尿常规3例,均在正常范围。6例碳氧血红蛋白测定
Liquefied petroleum gas As China’s petrochemical industry development and production of more and more use, and the occurrence of accidental poisoning is increasing, now 21 cases are reported as follows. From April 1982 to July 1984, our department treated 21 cases of liquefied petroleum gas poisoning and 5 to 35 minutes of exposure to poison gas, among which 17 cases were below 20 minutes and 4 cases were over 20 minutes. Physical examination: knee reflex exists, Papin’s sign negative. Laboratory tests: Blood routine examination in 8 cases, erythrocyte sedimentation rate in 1 case, hematocrit in 1 case, serum potassium, sodium, chlorine, CO_2 CP_4 cases, liver function in 2 cases, urinary routine in 3 cases, all in the normal range. 6 cases of carboxyhemoglobin determination
