本文从对机关事业保险养老金社会化发放现状的分析入手,指出实行养老金社会化发放是机关事业养老保险工作发展的必然选择。为阐述这一观点,依次分析了实行养老金社会化发放的必要性,养老金社会化发放应着重解决的三个问题以及如何采取措施来完善养老金社会化发放所面临的主要问题。 This article starts with the analysis of the status quo of social insurance of organ insurance and pensions, and points out that the socialization of pensions is the inevitable choice for the development of organ insurance. To elaborate this point of view, we analyzed the necessity of the socialization of pensions, the three problems that should be solved in the socialization of pensions and the measures to be taken to improve the main problems of the socialization of pensions.
