本文以495Q柴油机为例,论述了通过喷油系统与柴油机在速度特性上的合理匹配,降低柴油机低速烟度和燃油消耗率的方法和措施。指出喷油系统与柴油机匹配存在着两种匹配关系,即数量匹配和质量匹配,在匹配过程中,不仅要注重质量匹配,还要进行数量匹配的研究,并注重两者之间的相互关系,以全面提高柴油机的性能指标。
In this paper, taking 495Q diesel engine as an example, the methods and measures to reduce the low-speed smoke and fuel consumption of diesel engine through the reasonable match between the injection system and the diesel engine are expounded.
