在现实的班级管理工作中,由于传统观念的惯性,一些有碍学生健康成长的社会知觉偏见仍占有一席之地,直接影响了班级管理的效能。在全面推进新课程的今天,了解和把握、分析和研究这些感知偏见效应,已成为每个班主任的必修课题,它可以从心理角度促进班主任工作趋于科学化、富于人性化,对推动班级管理工作具有不可低估的积极作用。
In the actual class management work, due to the inertia of traditional concepts, some social prejudices that impede the healthy growth of students still have a place, which directly affects the effectiveness of class management.
