我院自1987年1月～1993年4月,收治脑卒中847例,并发急性胃出血47例(5.5％)。现对脑卒中并发胃出血的机理与治疗中的问题分析讨论如下。
Our hospital from January 1987 ~ April 1993, 847 cases of stroke admitted, complicated by acute gastric hemorrhage in 47 cases (5.5%). Now the mechanism of stroke complicated by gastric bleeding and the treatment of the problems discussed below.
