校长是一个单位的法人代表,承担着学校的地位、质量、声誉与事业发展。在“办好每一所学校,发展好每一位教师,教育好每一位学生”的过程中,在讲究“第一责任人”、“办百姓满意学校”的今天,校长承担的压力很大,要做的事情也实在太多。但不管事情如何繁杂众多,作为一个校长,要想办好学校,有所绩效,我认为有五件事情是必须做的,而且应该全力去做。营造融和的工作环境所谓“融和的工作环境”指的是干群之间、员工之间有一种其乐融融的人际氛围,像是一家人。具体呈现出如下的氛围来:
