ZH1110型柴油机在设计开发初期,曲轴主轴承为314球轴承,前端为未留镗量的20号高锡铝合金主轴瓦。现改为双滚动主轴承结构,即将前端的主轴瓦改为圆柱轴承12214,增加过机油圈,曲轴和机体局部结构也相应改变。改进后,批量生产投放国内外市场使用考核表明,该结构设计紧凑,作用可靠,制造和维修方便。江动集团有限公司生产的ZH1105W、ZH1115、S1100ZH、S195等型
