运用有限元方法及大型有限元软件包Ansys,提出利用三个指标定量评价机翼的安全性,即应力位移的条件、关键点的安全系数、机翼载荷失效过程稳定安全度。并通过空客A320实例验证这种做法的有效性。计算结果表明,机翼总体上满足安全稳定要求,机翼发生失效的最危险的部位是机翼的根部,在循环疲劳载荷作用下,应注意机翼的根部及机翼的关键点上。
Using the finite element method and the large finite element software package Ansys, the safety evaluation of the wing by three indexes is put forward, that is the condition of the stress displacement, the safety factor of the key point and the stability and safety of the wing load failure process. And verify the effectiveness of this approach through the Airbus A320 instance. The calculation results show that the wing meets the safety and stability requirements as a whole. The most dangerous part of the wing failure is the root of the wing. Pay attention to the root of the wing and the key point of the wing under cyclic fatigue load.
