作者观察了受到不同剂量X射线照射后BALB/c鼠毛髓细胞计数(themedullarycellcounts,MCC)的变化,并研究了β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene,BC)对毛髓细胞的辐射防护作用。结果表明:1~5Gy照射后MCC随剂量增加而降低,每Gy平均减少15.87%。2.5Gy照前3天以50mg/kgBC每天1次灌胃能有效地保护毛囊增殖能力,维持MCC近正常值。
The authors observed changes in the number of BALB / c mouse MCCs exposed to different doses of X-rays and studied the radioprotective effects of β-carotene (BC) on myeloid cells. The results showed that after 1 ~ 5 Gy irradiation, the MCC decreased with the increase of dose, with an average reduction of 15.87% per Gy. 2.5Gy according to the first 3 days to 50mg / kgBC once daily gavage can effectively protect the ability of hair follicles to maintain nearly normal MCC.
