武汉建设大厦综合改造,是在原设计为商场、带有大型中庭空间基础上,实现功能转换改造成为办公建筑的。在实施绿色改造的过程中,项目组织者与设计人在总体改造理念、功能转化设计、被动优先的绿色技术集成、运营管理等多个方面,进行了创新性思考与探索,找到了一条适合于本项目基础条件的设计策略与技术路线,为今后越来越多的既有建筑改造提供了一次有益的参考。
Wuhan comprehensive transformation of building construction is in the original design for the mall, with a large space on the basis of atrium, functional conversion into a transformation of office buildings. In the course of implementing green transformation, project organizers and designers conducted innovative thinking and exploration in aspects of overall transformation concept, function transformation design, passive and prioritized green technology integration and operation management, The design strategy and technical route of the basic conditions of this project provide a useful reference for more and more existing building renovation in the future.
