近五年来,染色体显带技术在我国逐渐广泛开展。正常国人体细胞染色体G带带型虽已有多篇报道,却尚乏民族之间的资料及对比观察。我国是一个多民族的国家,群体细胞遗传学更显重要。有鉴于此,我们用Ozkiang的G和C带同时显现技术。对本校维吾尔、哈萨克和汉族共60名大学生,进行外周血染色体G显带观察、对比分析,以求了解民族之间G带带型有否差异,现将结果报道如下。材料和方法选本校维吾尔、哈萨克和汉族健康大
In the past five years, chromosome banding technology has been widely carried out in our country. Although there are many reports on the G-banding of normal human somatic cells, there is still no data and comparison between different ethnic groups. My country is a multi-ethnic country, and cytogenetics is even more important. For this reason, we use Ozkiang’s G and C bands to simultaneously visualize the technique. A total of 60 Uighurs, Kazakhs and Han students in our school were observed and analyzed by G-banding of peripheral blood chromosomes in order to find out whether there is any difference in G-banding patterns among ethnic groups. The results are reported as follows. Materials and Methods The school selected Uighur, Kazakh and Han healthy
