随着经济时代的高速运转,人力资源所起到的作用越来越重要。中国加入WTO之后,外资企业大量涌入,私企也随之飞快发展,改变了过去国有企业独占人力资源的形势,人才的流失削弱了国企的竞争力。本文就国企人力资源管理方面的特点以及提高方式进行分析。
With the rapid economic operation, human resources play an increasingly important role. After China’s accession to the WTO, the influx of foreign-funded enterprises and the rapid development of private-owned enterprises have changed the situation of the exclusive use of human resources by state-owned enterprises in the past. The loss of talents has weakened the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. This article analyzes the characteristics of human resource management in state-owned enterprises and ways to improve them.
