2014年12月上旬至2015年底国务院安全生产委员会关于开展劳动密集型企业消防安全专项治理工作的通知近年来,劳动密集型企业火灾时有发生,人员伤亡惨重。此类企业点多面广、大量集中于城乡结合部和村镇,普遍存在消防安全管理混乱、违规使用易燃可燃材料、违章用火用电、消防设施缺失、疏散通道不畅、消防安全培训和应急演练不到位等突出问题。为深刻吸取事故教训,坚决遏制重特大火灾事故的发生,报经国务院同意,国务院安委会决定在全国范围内集中开展劳动密集型企业消防安全专项治理。
