古人云:“独学而无友,则孤陋而寡闻。”故“小组合作学习”越来越被教师使用于教育教学中,成为很受欢迎的教学形式。但是,当下的“小组合作学习”存在着重形式、轻实效的现象。为了加强小组合作学习的实效性,教师应提高自己对“小组合作学习”的认识和组织技能,科学组建合作学习小组,制订合作学习规则,明确小组内成员的责任分工,培训小组组长组织合作学习的技能。
