本文主要通过对现阶段林业企业发展过程中内控管理存在的问题进行分析,来探讨创新林业企业发展过程中内控管理机制的有效策略,以保障林业企业内控管理制度。据此,有利于提高林业企业发展过程中的内控管理水平,促进林业企业管理现代化的形成,加强林业企业的内部凝聚力,推动林业企业的可持续发展,实现林业企业经济效益最大化。
This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of internal control management in the process of developing forestry enterprises to discuss the effective strategies of internal control management mechanism in the process of innovation of forestry enterprises in order to guarantee the internal control management system of forestry enterprises. Accordingly, it will help improve the internal control management in the development of forestry enterprises, promote the formation of modern management of forestry enterprises, strengthen the internal cohesion of forestry enterprises, promote the sustainable development of forestry enterprises and maximize the economic benefits of forestry enterprises.
