网络虚拟社会管理已经成为我国政府管理的重要内容。网络虚拟社会以其虚拟性、自控性、社群性和自由性,表现出与现实社会的差异,其双重作用尤其明显。目前,我国网络虚拟社会管理中,存在着网络安全问题严重、网络舆论引导机制不健全、网络管理体制机制滞后的现象。解决这些问题,一是重在预防,创新管理机制;二是加强引导,占领思想高地;三是政府主导,多方参与,构建良性互动机制。 Network virtual social management has become an important part of our government management. With its virtuality, self-control, community and freedom, cyber-virtual society shows its difference from the real society. Its dual role is especially obvious. At present, there are some problems in network virtual social management in our country, such as serious cybersecurity problems, unsound public opinion guiding mechanism in network, and lagging mechanism of network management system. To solve these problems, one is to focus on preventing and innovating the management mechanism; the other is to step up guidance and occupy ideological high ground; third, government-led and multi-participatory mechanisms should be established to create a benign interaction.
