2002年1月至2003年3月云南省昭通市第二人民医院住院的167例婴儿肝炎综合征病例,确诊为巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎51例,其中男性32例,女性19例。年龄29d至6个月,(64.1±38.4)d。1个月者1例,～3个月者39例,～6个月者11例。第1胎者22例,早产4例,阴道分娩39例;母亲在孕早期(孕3个月内)
From January 2002 to March 2003, 167 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome hospitalized in Zhaotong Second People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province were diagnosed as cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis in 51 cases, including 32 males and 19 females. Age 29d to 6 months, (64.1 ± 38.4) d. 1 patient in 1 month, 39 patients in ~ 3 months and 11 patients in 6 months. 22 cases of first birth, 4 cases of premature delivery, 39 cases of vaginal delivery; mother in early pregnancy (3 months pregnant)
