在即时顾客化定制生产模式下,考虑到需求价格响应时间的敏感性,由一个供应商和N个零售商所组成的MTO供应链系统,是建立集权供应链和分权供应链收益函数,确定最优响应时间决策,并恰当地说明集权供应链优于分权供应链的最好方法。在考虑需求时价格和时间敏感,同时价格又受响应时间影响的前提下,本课题建立了集权供应链和分权供应链的收益函数,并以供应链整体利润最大化为目标,分别确定了各自的合理响应时间及供应链利润:通过比较,得出了集权供应链更有利于供应链整体发展的结论;设计了一个参数为ω的收益共享契约来协调集权供应链,,并以某机器生产商为例验证了该契约的合理性。
