2014年两会前夕,中共中央办公厅印发了《关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》在深刻总结近年来建设社会主义核心价值体系、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观实践经验的基础上,基于新的发展实际,着眼新的发展要求,全面阐述了培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意义、依据、原则、途径和方法,对培育和践行社会主义核心价值观这一铸塑国魂、民魂的宏伟工程进一步做出了新的战略部署。
