观察记录幼儿行为是幼儿教师的重要工作内容,然而幼儿教师观察记录在实际操作中存在对幼儿行为的描述、分析和指导主观随意性等问题。文章据此提出相应的调整策略。
Observing and recording young children’s behavior is an important part of kindergarten teachers ’work. However, there are some problems in early childhood teachers’ observation such as the description of children’s behavior, analysis and guidance of subjectivity and arbitrariness. The article puts forward the corresponding adjustment strategy accordingly.
