研究了超导阻隔层用铌片的锻造、轧制和热处理工艺。结果表明:在1100℃加热温度下,采用反复的、大变形量的镦粗工艺锻造铌锭可使心部粗大的等轴晶粒得到充分破碎,过程中发生动态再结晶,细化晶粒;在轧制的过程中,当前面三道次的单道次加工率为25%时,变形深透至板坯心部,再经1000℃×1h退火后,组织发生完全再结晶,晶粒细小而均匀,有利于改善成品铌片的组织和性能。
The forging, rolling and heat treatment of niobium sheet for superconducting barrier layer were studied. The results show that the coarse equiaxed grains can be broken by forging ingot with repeated and large deformation upsetting process at the heating temperature of 1100 ℃. During the process, dynamic recrystallization and grain refinement occur. During the rolling process, when the single-pass processing rate of the first three passes is 25%, the deformation is deep penetrated to the heart of the slab. After being annealed at 1000 ° C for 1 hour, the structure completely recrystallizes and the grains are small Uniform, help to improve the structure and performance of finished niobium pieces.
