建立工程技术档案是为了系统地积累施工技术经济资料,保证各项工程的合理使用,并为建筑物的竣工验收,使用后的检修、维护、改建、扩建提供依据。笔者在从事桥梁工程施工中发现,原本十分重要的工程内业工作不受施工单位的重视,在这种观念的长期影响下,工程内业工作表露出一些弊端,严重防碍了工程内业资料在整个施工过程中应起到的作用。
