目的研究四联疗法治疗难治性消化溃疡的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年1月—2015年11月住院部收治的消化溃疡患者150例,将其随机分为2组,每组75例;其中观察组患者给予四联疗法进行治疗,对照组患者给予三联疗法进行治疗,对比2组消化溃疡患者临床的总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的临床总有效率96.00%,总不良反应发生率6.67%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法治疗难治性消化溃疡能起到很好的效果,并且改善患者的临床症状,临床上值得推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect of quadruple therapy on refractory peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 150 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015 were selected and divided into two groups randomly, 75 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with quadruple therapy and the patients in the control group Given triple therapy for treatment, compared two groups of patients with peptic ulcer clinical total efficiency and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of clinical observation group was 96.00%, the total adverse reaction rate was 6.67%, which were better than the control group (P <0.05).
