2001年12月11日,我国正式成为世界贸易组织成员。这是改革开放和现代化建设进程中的又一重要里程碑,标志着我国对外开放进入全方位、多层次、宽领域的新阶段。十年来,在党中央、国务院的正确领导下,财政部门积极化压力为动力,认真履行承诺,充分享受权利,推进财政法制建设,积极运用关税等手段维护国家权益,深入推进多双边经贸合作,并加强和改善关税宏观调控,履行公共财政职能,支持经济社会全面发展。
On December 11, 2001, China officially became a member of the World Trade Organization. This is another important milestone in the process of reform and opening up and the modernization drive, marking a new stage in which our country is open to the outside world in all dimensions, in multiple levels and in wide areas. Under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council over the past decade, the financial sector has been actively pushing pressure on the driving force, earnestly fulfilled its commitments, fully enjoyed its rights, promoted the construction of the financial and legal system, actively used tariffs and other means to safeguard its national interests, deepened the multilateral and bilateral economic and trade cooperation, Strengthen and improve macro-control of tariffs, perform the functions of public finance and support the all-round economic and social development.
